The Problem

India's 120 million farmers lose 25-40% of potential income to middlemen. Government platforms are poorly localized, fragmented, and rarely used after the first login. FPOs and SHGs lack integrated tools for sales, credit, and data.

Our Solution

GramSetu offers four integrated modules:

• Marketplace: List products and receive UPI payments in Kannada
• Fintech Layer: Build transaction-based credit profiles and receive bank referrals
• FPO Dashboard: Track yields, demand, and member performance
• Village Champions: Trained local agents deployed in each hamlet

• 35 villages in Davangere District, Karnataka
• 500-1000 farmers and SHG members in Year 1
• Rs 50-75 lakh projected transaction volume
